Perfect little getaway!
Wow, just wow! The place is super cute and just a short stroll to the water. I probably had the best breakfast ever there, with loads of choices. The hosts were seriously friendly too! The only thing was the street noise could be a bit annoying at times, but it wasn't a huge deal.

I loved the warm welcome and the chat about Plymouth when we arrived. The hotel has a cozy bar and a beautiful lounge for some well-deserved relaxation. The room was a bit small for my taste, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience, just bring some earplugs! 😊

Charming, charming, charming.
I felt right at home in the delightful corner Single Room with Private Bathroom, where the fresh air wafted through two lovely windows. Breakfast was a delicious experience, featuring locally-sourced ingredients and cooked-to-order options that were nothing short of sublime! Ian and Suzy's attention to detail made this stay feel like a warm hug rather than just a night at a hotel.

Exceptional Hospitality and Delicious Breakfast
I spent 1 night in a Single Room with Private Bathroom, and everything was delightful! The breakfast featured locally sourced ingredients and was cooked to perfection, making it a highlight of my stay. The owners were warm and welcoming, providing great local recommendations. The unique decor throughout the house created an artistic and cozy ambiance. One minor aspect to consider is that the room could have been a bit cooler for a more comfortable sleep.

Just a fitting option for a transient visit in Plymouth with the best value. The bed was firm but provided a decent night's sleep. Be prepared for stairs as there's no lift.

Impressive artisan-inspired breakfast offerings that genuinely stood out, and unique dog-friendly environment allowing pets to join the fun. The interior exudes charm with period building details, giving the entire stay a cozy ambiance.
Staying on the top floor means a challenging climb up the stairs without a lift, which can be tough for some. Limited parking options mean you might find yourself a few streets away at peak times, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues were bothersome for some. Temperature control didn't meet expectations, as certain rooms felt warmer than ideal, impacting comfort during the night.
